We believe that the meal has a dual purpose: nutritional and educational.
The menu is, in fact, part of a wider project of Food Education that Petranova and Iunior International are carrying out in collaboration with the Operational Unit of Food Education of the Bambino Gesù Pediatric Hospital. This project also includes training meetings for parents and teachers as well as specific classes for the classes.

The inclusion of these values has the purpose of encouraging the learning and acquisition of correct eating habits.
