Harambèe – The solidary study at the time of Covid 19

The solidary study project will resume for every student of primary school, middle school, Iunior and Petranova.

Harambèe Italia is one of the partners with whom Iunior and Petranova International are developing international solidarity projects for African countries.

Faced with the COVID-19 emergency, the solidary study project has been temporarily suspended: at the moment Harambèe has dedided to

continue implementing distance learning in order to recognize students and teachers efforts; also, Harambèe has contextualized the project and

the solidarity action to the historical moment we are living and to the close realities that in this moment more than ever are in need of special

care.

As is already the case, Harambèe sponsors will contribute 1 Euro per hour of lesson: at the end of each remote lesson the teachers will

evaluate the quality of the work done by the students and decide to add the “virtual” money to the “Harambèe treasure” that will be then

donated to the roman homeless through Elemosineria Apostolica and also to the covid centre of Campus Biomedico.

Harambèe, Iunior and Petranova #stayathome (#restanoacasa) trying to help those who don’t have one and those who are on the front line in

this moment of great necessity, encouraging also whoever would like to, to support the project by assisting the activities of both centres.
